In today’s very dynamic and often fast-moving world, it is a challenge to keep loyal and committed employees in the company permanently and for the long term. In the course of this, it is particularly important for us to offer ideal working conditions, to value our employees and to create a feel-good working environment in which everyone can use their personal strengths and develop their potential. We are therefore extremely pleased that Nino Vitagliano is celebrating his 5th anniversary as an employee with us this month.
We took this happy event as an opportunity to ask Nino a few questions about his time at Dinotronic AG:
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR JOB AT A PARTY?
Versatile, collegial and demanding of independent work. As mentioned, versatile because on the one hand I work in the Security & Cloud team and on the other hand I act as a project manager. This division ensures that I can do a little bit of everything; maintenance, upkeep and improvement on the cloud infrastructure, configuration of firewalls in the security area or have the lead on customer onboarding projects. The latter, compared to the previously mentioned technical aspects, is a balance that fosters organizational and coordination skills.
WHAT IS THE FIRST THING THAT COMES TO YOUR MIND ABOUT DINOTRONIC AS AN EMPLOYER?
The one with the nice office and the beautiful terrace with a view over the whole lake of Zurich :) I’m just kidding… An employer that demands but is also very personal/close to the employee and is also not too shy to show the thanks. Dinotronic allows you to work very independently. If you’re the type to do that and like it, it’s perfect! (also true for me)
WHAT HAVE YOU ENJOYED MOST ABOUT YOUR YEARS AT DINOTRONIC?
I have learned a lot of new things on a technical level in the 5 years. You are very close to the technology, which I like a lot. I was also able to make new/good friends, which also have meaning on a private level. Being part of a cool team increases my motivation to work immensely.
