In today’s very dynamic and often fast-moving world, it is a challenge to keep loyal and committed employees in the company permanently and for the long term. That is why we are extremely pleased that Edgar Golub is celebrating his 5th anniversary as an employee with us this month.

We took this happy event as an opportunity to ask Edgar a few questions about his time at Dinotronic AG:

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR JOB AT A PARTY?

My job is comparable to that of a DJ: I’m in control of the music and responsible for making everyone on the dance floor feel comfortable. I keep the party going and make sure everything runs smoothly with the latest, coolest songs.

Translating this to my role as Service Owner, it means making sure our services run smoothly and are always equipped with the latest, greatest features to keep our clients happy and satisfied.

WHAT IS THE FIRST THING THAT COMES TO YOUR MIND ABOUT DINOTRONIC AS AN EMPLOYER?

The first thing that comes to mind is my super colleagues. We have a wonderful team spirit, support each other, and treat each other with respect.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT YOUR YEARS AT DINOTRONIC?

We have our finger on the pulse, which enables me to keep up with the latest technologies and products and to implement them in our services. I’m sure we create real added value for our customers.

My favorite part of the job is the opportunity to contribute my own ideas and implement them. I also appreciate the trust in each individual employee and the open and cordial way of communication.
