Managed services are recurring services that an IT service provider provides for its customers. The type, scope and quality of these services are defined in advance between the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and its client in a service description. In addition, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is in place, which defines, for example, availability or response times in the event of malfunctions.

Most of the data is stored in highly secure data centers in Switzerland and in a few exceptions in the EU.

Yes, access is also possible from Apple, Linux and Android devices. However, we can currently only offer the Pico, Nano and Micro packages for these platforms, since central management is not yet supported.
