Managed Services are recurring services that an IT service provider provides for its customers. The type, scope and quality of these services are defined in advance between the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and its customer in a service description, and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is also in place, which defines, for example, availability or response times in the event of faults.

To use our service, you need a high quality internet access and, depending on your requirements, a compatible Firewall/VPN for a secure connection to our Dinotronic Swiss Cloud.

We have different ways to access your applications and data – there are practically no restrictions. Thanks to our own, highly secure “Dinotronic Swiss Cloud”, even very sensitive customer data can be outsourced.

No, we are responsible for this service (guaranteed SLA), therefore there is only access with admin rights in justified exceptional cases.
