With the “Modern Workplace Experience”, Dinotronic is introducing a selection of tools that relieve our managed service customers of many everyday IT tasks or make them significantly easier. The focus is on transparency, autonomy, and efficiency.
Due to the increasingly accelerated release of new functions, tools and interfaces by IT service providers, companies are increasingly faced with the challenge that many everyday tasks could be solved much more efficiently. Sadly, the right ideas as well as the necessary know-how are often lacking. Moreover, even in the age of cloud, citizen development and low-code tools, building your own logic still means a considerable investment of time, money, and resources in in-house developments, which then also have to be maintained, updated, documented and supported. As a service provider of state-of-the-art IT services, Dinotronic considers it its responsibility to bring together common customer interests and, where possible, to supply them already prefabricated as part of our Managed services. Furthermore, the delivered tools should meet the requirements of a modern, digital, and secure IT platform and enrich it.
The three freshly developed extensions are based on our many years of experience in different areas: IT strategies, complex IT systems, infrastructure, software, operations, cloud computing and much more. The new solutions optimally connect products in the Dinotronic ecosystem and are already attracting widespread interest in preliminary talks with various companies. The enhancements address omnipresent problems and issues related to IT security in the cloud: data protection, confidentiality, data retention and data security. Thanks to built-in role models, data sovereignty and control are returned even more consistently to the relevant persons at the companies, thus enabling them to fulfill the (partly legally) imposed responsibilities with a clear conscience.
The three extensions for our managed services
1. FileManager
The new FileManager (formerly called Filing Manager) will soon allow our customers to define and create document encryption labels completely on their own and automatically encrypt them with the same. Automatic decryption is also supported. This way, simple processes can be mapped. If the stored workflows should ever cause errors, you can have them delivered to you in a weekly report. The common Microsoft Office formats as well as PDFs are supported.The established functions in the area of independent folder structure management remain and have been optimized. This means that our customers can continue to independently create and manage filing structures and track changes in the assignment of authorizations or obtain an overview of the currently valid authorizations. Furthermore, Dinotronic guarantees the exclusively internal purpose of the filing to minimize unintentional publication of content.
2. SharingPortal
With the SharingPortal, Dinotronic provides a tool for companies to share files with their customers in a cloud-based manner. This was of course already possible until now. However, it often happened uncontrolled and in the “wild” outside the access of the people who were actually responsible for data security.
3. EasyArchiver
EasyArchiver allows end users to archive entire folder structures or individual/multiple PDFs in an ad-hoc GeBüV-compliant manner. This covers various use cases such as:
- Due diligence
- Archiving of documents, contract components or dossiers required by law
- Legislated or self-imposed archiving processes
The functions embed themselves in the FileManager.

Customization requests can now be implemented directly by the user at any time. This is what makes customer trial and error possible in the first place, without the need to worry about big IT bills.
