In today’s very dynamic and often fast-moving world, it is a challenge to keep loyal and committed employees in the company permanently and for the long term. That is why we are extremely pleased that Michael Hausmann is celebrating his 18th anniversary as an employee with us this month.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR JOB AT A DINNER PARTY?

I make sure that the customers’ IT needs are understood and taken seriously. I also mediate when challenges arise and am available to advise customers if they have questions.

WHAT IS THE FIRST THING THAT COMES TO YOUR MIND ABOUT DINOTRONIC AS AN EMPLOYER?

What have you liked most about your years at Dinotronic?

What I like most about my job is being the interface between customer needs and technology and being able to enjoy the trust of the customers. What I liked most about my time at Dinotronic was witnessing the impressive transformation of the company over the past 18 years and the professional diversity I was able to experience.
